When you said something bad happened I was afraid your back was the issue. So thankfully, that isn't the case. But being hacked feels so icky and a violation of oneself, as you mentioned. So glad I read you on Substack as I stopped the bottomless pit I found myself in every time I looked at Instagram and actually deleted it off my phone and iPad. Like the plants (weeds) in your garden, you are resilient and will see yourself through this mess. Blessings on you and Happy Easter.
